Administration during Transition.
My commercial training, studies in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Controlling and Accounting, decades of responsibility in the management of industrial, commercial and service companies, and my continuous interim management assignments for a wide variety of businesses have provided me with the knowledge, experience and practical perspective required to build, structure and maintain efficient and goal-oriented commercial administration systems.
Administrative bureaucracy is, by nature, an unavoidable burden. My focus is to make it as manageable as possible while maximizing its value and benefit for the company.
